Our clinical professionals are enrolled in our learning curriculums by the Nursing Manger – Training and Education, in order to receive initial and ongoing education. In order to fit learning into the professional lives of our clinic teams, we offer a wide range of education areas and apply different training methods in a blended learning model such as on the job teaching, onsite and virtual classroom trainings, e-learnings, mentorship, job aids and gamification.
The NephroCare Fundamentals Dialysis Nursing Education Program is accredited by EDTNA/ERCA.
